Engineering and Technical Services 

Since our founding in 1983, we have provided Engineering and Technical Services to NAVAIR and activities at the Patuxent River Naval Air Station, including Test & Evaluation Support, Systems Engineering, Simulation Systems Support, Aircraft Simulator Design & Fabrication, Infrastructure Technical Support, Commercial Air Services Coordination, and Electronics Hardware Design. We have a technically diverse workforce; 70% of our staff are engineers or technical specialists with a broad base of knowledge in Navy aircraft and their missions such as the F/A-18, C-130, H-60, P-3, and the E-2C. Over 90% of our services work is performed as a prime contractor under multi-year contracts.  

Our support includes the full spectrum of systems engineering from conceptual design, system development, simulation and laboratory testing, flight testing, and data analysis, to fleet introduction and support. We assist NAVAIR in engineering solutions into hardware and software products; defining solutions to fleet identified needs; developing test and evaluation assets to support simulation, laboratory and flight testing; developing data analysis tools to ensure systems meet performance requirements; and developing training devices to support operational readiness.
