Management Support Services

We began primarily as an engineering and technical services firm. However, we continue to expand our Program Management capabilities to provide comprehensive customer support. We have worked directly with the Government on Integrated Project Teams since 1993 providing financial tracking, cost estimating, metrics analysis, and other program management support required for successful completion of complex projects.

Our Program Management team includes Engineers; Technical Experts; Financial, Program, and Cost Analysts; Configuration Managers; Metrics Specialists; Process Improvement Managers, and Administrative personnel. Their knowledge of defense tools and techniques, and their program management skills foster excellence, create a solid foundation, and deliver successful, quality solutions to large scale, multi-faceted Navy programs, such as the E-2 Hawkeye, F/A-18, and Common Avionics programs.
