J.F. Taylor, Inc. Awarded Program Management Contract

J.F. Taylor, Inc. (JFTI) is one of several local contractors selected to support Naval Air Systems Command’s program management needs. The five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract will run through February 2009.

Under this contract, JFTI will provide technical support services to NAVAIR through all phases of the Naval aircraft and aviation weapons system acquisition process. This includes research, design, development, and engineering; procurement; test and evaluation; training facilities and equipment; repair and modification; and in-service engineering and logistics support.

“We have been providing engineering services to NAVAIR for many years” said John F. Taylor, Sr, President. “This new contract will give us the opportunity to continue our support of current customers and expand into new program areas.”

JFTI’s subcontractors for this contract are Advanced Systems Management Solutions, JV; American Electronics, Inc.; Ausley Associates, Inc.; Axiom Resources Management, Inc.; CACI AB, Inc.; and Optimum System Concepts, Inc.
