DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Directions from the North to J.F. Taylor, Inc.

From the Northwest (DC area):

• From Interstate 495, the DC Beltway, take Route 5 South (towards Waldorf).
• Follow Rte. 5, which is joined by Rte. 301 South, and watch for the left turn where Rte. 5 turns off Rte. 301 to bypass Waldorf. (There is a sign for Patuxent River and Lexington Park.) If you miss the turn, you can turn left in Waldorf onto Rte. 5 South a few miles farther on Rte. 301.
• Follow Rte. 5 South for about 15 miles through Hughesville to the intersection with Rte. 235. (At the 5/235 intersection, Rte. 5 South turns right and the road straight ahead becomes Rte. 235 South. There is a traffic light at this intersection (may be blinking) and a Wawa convenience store on the corner.)
• Continue straight on Rte. 235 South for another 18 miles to Lexington Park.

From the Northeast (Baltimore area):

• Take Rte. 97 South to Rte. 3 South, which becomes Rte. 301 South.
• Take Rte. 301 South to Rte. 4 South. (Stay in right hand lane when you see sign for Rte. 4 North. Rte. 4 South exit is immediately after overpass.)
• Follow Rte. 4 South approximately 40 miles past Prince Frederick to Solomons. Rte. 4 crosses the Patuxent River at Solomons on the Thomas Johnson Bridge. A mile or so after crossing the high bridge, you will come to a traffic light at the intersection with Rte. 235.
• Turn left onto Rte. 235 South at the traffic light.
• Continue straight on Rte. 235 South for 4-5 miles to Lexington Park.

In Lexington Park:

• Continue on Rte. 235 South for 0.9 mile past the NAS Patuxent River Air Station Gate 1 at Pegg Road to Great Mills Road.
• Turn right onto Great Mills Road (at NAS Gate 2) toward Great Mills.

For the Main Building at 21610 South Essex Drive:

Go approximately 0.5 mile on Great Mills Rd. and turn left onto South Essex Drive. (Burger King is at the corner.) J.F. Taylor, Inc. is the two-story brick building on the left at the end of the block.

Forthe Annex Building at 21530 Pacific Drive:

Go approximately 1.2 miles on Great Mills Rd. and turn right onto Pacific Drive several blocks after the Aldridge Ford Dealer. Turn right again at the second parking lot entrance road. The building entrance is in the corner of the L-shaped building on the left.

Directions from the South (Virginia) to J.F. Taylor, Inc.

• Take Rte. 301 North into Maryland across the Potomac River (Harry Nice Bridge).
• Once in Maryland, drive about 5 miles on Rte. 301 and turn right onto Rte. 234.
• Follow Rte. 234 about 20 miles to its end at Rte. 5, and bear right onto Rte. 5 South towards Leonardtown.
• Follow Rte. 5 for about 11 miles and make a left onto Great Mills Road, toward Lexington Park. (There is a traffic light and a Sheetz convenience store at this intersection.)

For the Main Building at 21610 South Essex Drive:

Go approximately 2.6 miles on Great Mills Rd. and turn right onto South Essex. (Burger King is at the corner.) J.F. Taylor, Inc. is the two-story brick building on the left at the end of the block.

For the Annex Building at 21530 Pacific Drive:

Go approximately 2.0 miles on Great Mills Rd. and turn left onto Pacific Drive. Turn right at the second parking lot entrance road. The building entrance is in the corner of the L-shaped building on the left.
